Chakka
You need hang the curd for 6-8 hours, till most of the water is drained. This strained and drained curd is called Chakka. We use this for making Shrikhand.

Milk > makeCurd/dahi(plainyogurt) > Chakka Shrikhand.

The preparation of shrikhand is mixing Chakka with the required amounts of sugar, colour, flavour,etc. to get the end product.
