Cow Ghee
Ghee is made by first making butter and then clarifying it. One begins by boiling cow's milk, then turning off the store. Onceit reaches room temperature, thick layer of cream is formed on top of the milk.
Cow ghee is used in lamps in temple and pujas all over India. It is said that the light of a ghee lamp is more than beautiful and more brilliant than any other light . The light of burning ghee is said toward off negativity and evil influences.
Ghee is widely used in Indian cuisine. Ghee is also an ingredient as well as used in the preparation of Kadhi and used in Indian sweets such as Mysore Pak, and different varieties ofHalwa and Laddu.
